  • Bring pot of water to boiling
  • Turn off the fire and add sausage to the water
  • Let the sausages cook off the fire in hot water
  • For thin sausages 5-7 minutes
  • For thick sausages 7-10 minutes
  • DO NOT OVER-BOIL: the delicious sausages will explode and their lovely flavor will be lost
