We are offering the biggest variety and the best quality of Hams, Prosciuttos and Schinken in North America.
Our cooked hams are manufactured in traditional , artisan , old-fashioned style as our grandfathers had made. They didn't know chemicals and high-tech machines. They cut and trimmed the best hams for a natural delay.
Only the best parts of hams were selected, added with 15% brine of salt- and spice. (This brine was lost by cooking). By this procedure people received a tender, mild meat tasting ham without any unpleasant taste.
Today meat industry is producing pieces of meats (better stew) and ground meats in formed shapes. Before meats are added with 50% salt water and chemicals for binding this profit water. This mixture of pieces of meats, fat and water will be mixed in special machines (tumblers) and filled in synthetic casings - for experts nothing other as a coarse bologni. Nobody needs explanations about the taste and flavor of this chemical health-lottery; but what customers are buying is very expensive water.
All our delicacies are of the highest quality. They are all natural products, meet all government standards and contain only a bare minimum of chemical preservatives.
