In 1999 I started a new great challenge and adventure at the newly built Grand Central Market inside of Grand Central Terminal in the exposés part of Manhattan.
To be honest - it was a jump in deep icy-cold water. But I was convinced that offering only the highest top quality in natural, artisan and old fashioned style and level for ambitious gourmets was absolutely the right decision.
