Cooking of Sausage: - When boiling: bring pot of water to boiling - Turn off the fire and add sausage to the water - Let the sausages cook off the fire in hot water - For thin ones 5-7 minutes, for thick ones 7-10 minutes - DO NOT BOIL: the delicious sausages will explode and their lovely flavor will be lost
