Potato Salad
* Cook potatos for 10 minuntes, let them cool off
* Fry bacon until browned, take bacon aside
* Add onion to the bacon grese, cook until browned
* Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper
* Bring to a boil, then add the potatoes and parsley
* Crumble in the bacon. Heat through, then transfer
to a serving dish
Wiener Schnitzel
* Place flour (1/2 c), eggs (3), and bread crumbs
(1 c) in 3 shallow dishes.
* Season pork cutlets (1 1/2 p) with salt and pepper
* Dredge in flour, shake of excess, dredge through
egg, and last in bread crumbs
* Heat oil (3 tablesp) in skillet, add butter (3 tablesp)
* Add Schnitzel, brown both sides about 3 minutes
